Use of This Website
You may browse and use this website for your own personal shopping purposes. All content on this site — text, product photography, design, and layout — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without permission. You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to interfere with its operation or security.
Products & Pricing
We write honest, accurate product descriptions and try to keep pricing and availability information up to date. All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Occasionally a price or description error may slip through — if that happens on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before proceeding, and you're free to cancel if you're not happy with the correction.
Orders & Payment
Payment is taken securely through Stripe or PayPal at checkout — we never see or store your full card details. An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, a pricing error, or unavailable stock, in which case you'll receive a full refund.
Delivery
We currently deliver across the United Kingdom only. Delivery times and costs are set out in full on our Shipping & Returns page.
Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days to return an unworn item for a full refund, subject to the conditions on our Shipping & Returns page. This is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or the products you buy from us. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything in these terms.
Intellectual Property
The Big Lady Lingerie name, branding, and all original content on this site are our property or used under licence. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to use our branding or content beyond viewing this website for personal shopping purposes.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
